Our Smoked Fish products are packed chilled, not frozen, within insulated shipping containers, along with appropriate quantities of icy-cold gel packs for cooling of the product during shipment.

Our Frozen Fish products are packed pre-frozen, with enough dry ice to maintain the fish in a frozen condition during its journey to your doorstep.

Air Shipment Regulations limit the size of container that may be employed while using dry ice as a coolant. Please consult us if you have a larger order that needs to move by air to arrive in time.

For your convenience, please tell us your preferred receiving date. This will allow us to arrange for your Smoked Fish shipment to arrive in time to meet your schedule.

Smoked Fish is a perishable product that must be used, refrigerated or frozen soon after unpacking. It will keep for a number of days under refrigeration, but should be used promptly.
